No. FocusPact is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device or treatment. We deliberately avoid CBT content to stay out of regulated territory
Q. Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to use it?
No, the app is designed for self-identified neurodivergent adults including undiagnosed and waiting-list users
Q. How is FocusPact different from Forest?
Forest is a generic Pomodoro timer. FocusPact tracks task-initiation, transitions, and dopamine resets — the things ADHD adults actually struggle with
