- Q. Which drones do you support?
- DJI Mavic 3 Thermal, DJI Matrice 30T, DJI M300 + H20T payload, and Autel Evo II Dual are supported out of the box. We can add other DJI/Autel/Parrot IR cameras within 2 weeks of an onboarding request.
- Q. Do you accept warranty submissions on our behalf?
- No — you stay in control of the warranty relationship with the manufacturer. We deliver the report in the exact format Tier-1 manufacturers (Q-Cells, REC, LG, Panasonic, SunPower) require, and you submit it via your existing channel.
- Q. How accurate is hotspot detection?
- Our thermal anomaly model benchmarks at 94% recall on hotspots above 5°C delta-T against panel baseline, validated on customer-submitted DJI H20T footage. Accuracy varies with flight altitude — the onboarding call covers our recommended flight pattern for best results.
- Q. Can I white-label the reports?
- Yes. Solo tier includes your logo + company name. Pro+ tiers add full branded color palette, custom cover page, and custom warranty submission templates per manufacturer.
- Q. What if a homeowner wants the report directly?
- Common upsell path: send them the report as a PDF attachment to your service quote. Pro+ tiers include a homeowner-friendly version (less jargon, same evidence) you can forward.
- Q. Do I need a Part 107 license to fly?
- Yes, if you're flying commercially in the US. We don't sell drone training, but we partner with FAA Part 107 prep providers and can recommend a 2-week online course your techs can complete.
- Q. Can I cancel anytime?
- Month-to-month on Solo and Pro, cancel anytime with 30-day notice. Multi-tech and Founding Installer plans have a 12-24 month commitment in exchange for locked-in pricing.
