Verity-grade warehouse audits, on the iPad you already own.

Built for 1–50 employee 3PLs that can't justify $2M ceiling-rail drones or AGV picking systems.

Sound familiar?

  • Verity, Dexory and Gather AI target enterprise 3PLs — autonomous drones need $2M+ ceiling rails or warehouse retrofits.
  • Manual cycle counts at SMB 3PLs take 1–3 days and pull pickers off the floor.
  • WMS-vs-physical SKU drift causes mispicks, chargebacks, and audit failures.
  • Crushed pallet corners, leaning stacks, and blocked fire lanes go unflagged until OSHA shows up.
  • Geek+ and Cyngn-style robotic picking is priced out of the under-50-employee 3PL segment.

Vision-only AI overlay on your existing manual operation.

You walk. The iPad sees. We deliver yesterday's audit before today's shift starts.

    2. AI counts pallets, OCRs SKU labels, flags anomalies

Auto-count per location, OCR-verify SKU labels against your WMS, and tag crushed corners, leaning stacks, and blocked fire lanes.

  3. 3

    3. Receive a daily audit dashboard + alert digest

Cycle-count variance, damage queue, and OSHA fire-lane flags delivered before the next shift starts.

Inside PalletPilot

Each morning, PalletPilot delivers yesterday's pallet count, SKU verification, and damage findings — every result reviewed by a founding engineer before the dashboard unlocks the CSV / PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Q. What iPad models are supported?
Any iPad Pro with the LiDAR sensor (2020 onward). The iPhone 13 Pro and later also work for smaller warehouses, with reduced range.
Q. How is this different from Verity or Dexory?
Verity and Dexory require ceiling rails or autonomous drones — capex of $2M+ and weeks of installation. PalletPilot is handheld iPad-only, deployed in a day, and priced for SMB 3PLs.
Q. Does it integrate with our WMS?
Pro and above include WMS API integration. We currently support major SMB WMS systems and can scope custom connectors during onboarding.
Q. How accurate is SKU OCR?
On standard label stocks our OCR + cross-check against your WMS catalog reaches >98% verification rate. We tune per-customer during the first week.
Q. What about privacy and data residency?
Scan data is stored single-tenant per 3PL operator and deleted on request. We do not train shared models on your inventory data without written consent.
Q. How long does onboarding take?
For Solo, you can start daily walks within 24 hours of signup. Pro WMS integration typically takes 1–2 weeks.
Q. Is this OSHA-defensible for fire-lane and rack damage?
Yes — the daily audit log includes timestamped imagery for every flagged anomaly, suitable for OSHA documentation and insurance carrier requests.
