- Q. Will this work with my existing IP cameras?
- Most ONVIF-compatible IP cameras work out of the box. We support RTSP feeds and can also pull from cloud DVRs (Verkada, Eagle Eye, Wyze Cam Plus). If you're using a setup we haven't tested, the onboarding call covers compatibility before you commit.
- Q. What if I don't have site cameras yet?
- Foremen can capture daily 10-min walk-throughs on their iPhones — we built the iOS upload flow specifically for this. Many Starter customers run on iPhone-only for the first 90 days before installing fixed cameras.
- Q. Does my workers' comp broker actually accept these reports?
- Yes. Our incident log format mirrors the OSHA Form 300/300A structure that brokers use to assess EMR. We include broker letterhead templates for the top 5 US construction-focused carriers. If your broker needs a different format, we'll adjust within 30 days.
- Q. Can my crew opt out of being recorded?
- Detection runs on PPE and behaviors, not face recognition. We don't store identity-linked data. Posted notice templates compliant with OSHA and state-by-state recording laws are included in onboarding.
- Q. What happens if your model misses a violation?
- No AI is 100%. We benchmark recall on the 8 standard OSHA classes at 92%+ in customer-validated data. Our weekly review process catches misses, and Pro/Multi-site tiers include monthly retraining on your site footage to improve over time.
- Q. Do you replace my safety officer?
